SkyDriveは現在、事業拡大およびIPOに向けたコーポレート体制の強化、そして国内外における子会社の設立など、組織・事業ともに非常にエキサイティングな急拡大フェーズを迎えています。今回お迎えする方には、まずはIPOに向けたコーポレートガバナンスの整備や主要会議体の運営といった「経営管理」領域の基盤構築をメインにお任せしたいと考えています。その上で、ご自身の強みや組織の状況に合わせて、中期経営計画策定などの「経営企画」領域へも柔軟に幅を広げていただく想定です。既存のルールに従うルーティンワークではなく、経営陣の至近距離で「会社の成長を支える強固な仕組みを自ら作る」という、非常に裁量権と市場価値の高いミッションに挑戦したい方を募集しています。

業務内容

経営管理および経営企画関連業務を担当します。以下が主な業務範囲ですが、個々人のスキルやキャリアの方向性にあわせて役割分担しています。

  • IPOに向けたコーポレートガバナンス整備
  • 株主総会、取締役会、経営会議など主要会議体の運営（コーポレートセクレタリ業務）
  • 中期経営計画の策定
  • 海外を含むグループ社設立や設立後の体制整備
  • 組織横断プロジェクトのプロジェクトリード
  • 予算管理ルールの制定・整備および統制
  • 社内稟議・決裁等の整備

課題の論点整理からファシリテーション、決定事項の推進まで、経営のコアに関わる全プロセスをリードできる環境です。入社後半年を目安に、いずれかの領域を自らの裁量で自走・推進できるレベルへの成長を期待しています。

◆想定されるキャリアパスの例 入社後はご自身の適性に合わせて軸足を置きつつ、組織の拡大に伴い多様なキャリアパスを選択可能です。

  • 経営管理（守り）のスペシャリスト：IPOに向けたコーポレートガバナンスの整備、主要会議体（株主総会・取締役会）の運営、予算管理ルールの制定などを中心に主導。
  • 経営企画（攻め）への越境：管理基盤を把握した上で、中期経営計画の策定や組織横断のプロジェクトリード、海外グループ会社の設立・体制整備などを牽引。

将来的にはリーダー候補や、特定の専門領域（ガバナンス、M&A/PMI、グローバル管理など）の責任者としてご活躍いただくことを想定しています。出来上がった組織で働くのではなく、「自ら組織を作り、ポジションを作っていく」という圧倒的な打席の多さと成長スピードが、本ポジションの大きな魅力です。

必須スキル

  • プロジェクトマネジメントの経験や、プロジェクトチームにて課題解決を担当・リードした経験
  • バックオフィス業務全般に関する知識

勤務地

  • ご希望により、下記オフィスのいずれかから、初任勤務地を決定いたします。 東京オフィス（東京都千代田区平河町一丁目3番13号 平河町フロントビル3階） 受動喫煙対策：敷地内禁煙 県営名古屋空港ターミナルビル（愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場） 受動喫煙対策：喫煙専用室設置
  • リモートワーク可（週2日以上は出社し、対面でのコミュニケーションも重視して頂きたい。国内外の他拠点・グループ会社等への短期出張あり。）。
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）

休日

  • 年間休日115日（土・日、年末年始、会社指定休日）
  • 有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる）

給与

  • 年収 700万円 〜 1,000万円
  • 月給：583,340円 ~ 833,340円 固定残業報酬：45時間、201,916 円 ~ 288,489 円を支給 超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給 スキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定

福利厚生

  • 通勤手当、出張手当、単身赴任手当、引越し手当、他 ※諸条件あり
