Vous maîtrisez Winbiz et recherchez un poste à temps partiel alliant comptabilité et administration ? Vous appréciez l’autonomie et les échanges au sein d’une petite équipe ?

Notre client est une entreprise de services située dans la région lausannoise. Vous rejoignez une petite équipe dans une ambiance conviviale et assurez la comptabilité courante ainsi que diverses tâches administratives, en collaboration avec les ressources humaines.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Gérer les encaissements et la facturation des forfaits et prestations.
  • Assurer le suivi des offres, des rappels et des contentieux.
  • Saisir les factures fournisseurs et préparer les paiements.
  • Enregistrer les écritures comptables courantes.
  • Préparer les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
  • Assurer les tâches administratives courantes.

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • CFC d’employé·e de commerce exigé.
  • Au moins trois ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Bonne connaissance de Winbiz et maîtrise de MS Office.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation.
  • Aisance relationnelle, esprit d’équipe et souplesse.
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités dans un rythme de travail soutenu.
  • Des connaissances linguistiques supplémentaires constituent un atout.
