Für eine Institution im Akutbereich in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (60-100 %) für einen temporären Einsatz. Dich erwartet ein dynamisches Umfeld, in dem sich Situationen rasch verändern können und deine pflegerische Erfahrung gefragt ist. Du übernimmst Verantwortung im Pflegeprozess, setzt Prioritäten und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen zusammen. Dank deiner Akuterfahrung findest du dich rasch in den bestehenden Abläufen zurecht und kannst das Team vom ersten Tag an kompetent unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Übernimm die ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten und behalte auch bei wechselnden Situationen den Überblick
  • Steuere den Pflegeprozess von der Planung über die Durchführung bis zur Evaluation und setze dabei fachlich die richtigen Prioritäten
  • Erkenne Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustands frühzeitig, schätze Situationen professionell ein und leite die notwendigen pflegerischen Massnahmen ein
  • Bring dein Fachwissen in die interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit ein und sorge mit einer lückenlosen Dokumentation für einen sicheren Informationsfluss

  • Du verfügst über einen Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
