Hier trifft tägliche Pflegepraxis auf jede Menge Möglichkeiten, fachlich dranzubleiben. Für ein Spital suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / einen Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %), die oder der sich mit Erfahrung, Wissen und eigenen Ideen ins Team einbringen möchte.

Der Austausch mit Medizin, Therapie und weiteren Fachbereichen gehört genauso zum Alltag wie die direkte Arbeit mit Patientinnen und Patienten. Ein Umfeld, in dem du dein Können einsetzen und gleichzeitig Neues dazulernen kannst.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du begleitest Patientinnen und Patienten durch ihren Spitalaufenthalt und übernimmst die Verantwortung für eine fachgerechte Pflege
  • Pflegerische Entwicklungen behältst du im Blick und passt die Planung sowie die notwendigen Massnahmen entsprechend an
  • Bei Visiten und Fallbesprechungen bringst du deine pflegefachliche Einschätzung ein und gestaltest die weitere Behandlung aktiv mit
  • Von der Aufnahme bis zum Austritt sorgst du gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen für gut abgestimmte Abläufe und eine verlässliche Weiterbetreuung

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du verfügst über ein Diplom als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder über eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung
  • Akutpflege ist dir bereits vertraut und du bringst Erfahrung aus einem Spital oder einem vergleichbaren somatischen Umfeld mit
  • Du denkst im Pflegealltag mit, erkennst Zusammenhänge und kannst dein Vorgehen fachlich nachvollziehbar begründen
  • Du schätzt den Austausch auf Augenhöhe und bringst deine Erfahrung ebenso gerne ein, wie du offen für neues Wissen und andere Sichtweisen bist

  • Bleib nicht auf dem gleichen Wissensstand stehen, sondern nimm aus neuen Aufgaben, Fachbereichen und dem Austausch im Spital laufend etwas mit
  • Wir schauen nicht nur auf deinen Lebenslauf, sondern auch darauf, wohin du dich entwickeln möchtest, und begleiten dich gezielt auf dem Weg zur passenden Stelle
