Für ein Akutspital im Luzerner Vorderland suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / einen Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) für einen temporären Einsatz. Sie übernehmen eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle in der direkten Patientenversorgung und werden von Beginn an ins bestehende Team integriert.

Damit nicht nur Ihre Qualifikation, sondern auch der Einsatz zu Ihnen passt, begleitet Careerplus Sie persönlich durch den gesamten Vermittlungsprozess.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Übernehmen Sie die Bezugspflege und begleiten Sie Patientinnen und Patienten professionell durch unterschiedliche Akutsituationen
  • Behalten Sie Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustands im Blick und passen Sie die pflegerischen Massnahmen entsprechend an
  • Koordinieren Sie den Pflegeprozess und stimmen Sie sich eng mit Ärzteschaft, Therapie und weiteren Fachbereichen ab
  • Sorgen Sie mit klaren Übergaben und einer sorgfältigen Dokumentation dafür, dass wichtige Informationen dort ankommen, wo sie gebraucht werden
