Im Akutbereich ist kein Tag wie der andere. Für unsere Partnerinstitutionen suchen wir Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH (60-100 %), die ihr Fachwissen temporär dort einbringen möchten, wo es gerade gebraucht wird. Ob Medizin, Chirurgie oder ein anderer Fachbereich, wir bringen dich mit einem Einsatz zusammen, der zu deinem beruflichen Hintergrund passt.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Übernimm die professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten in unterschiedlichen Akutsituationen
  • Plane, steuere und evaluiere den Pflegeprozess und setze pflegerische Massnahmen gezielt um
  • Behalte auch bei raschen Veränderungen den Überblick und handle fachlich sicher und vorausschauend
  • Arbeite interprofessionell mit dem ärztlichen Dienst, Therapien und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du verfügst über einen Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich mit und fühlst dich im dynamischen Spitalalltag wohl
