Zur temporären Verstärkung eines Rehabilitationsteams in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine Fachfrau oder einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ 60-100 %. Gemeinsam mit Pflege, Therapie und Medizin unterstützt du Patientinnen und Patienten dabei, Stück für Stück wieder mehr Selbstständigkeit in ihren Alltag zu bringen. Dabei bist du nah an den Menschen, motivierst auch dann, wenn es einmal nicht vorwärtszugehen scheint, und darfst Erfolge unmittelbar miterleben.

Du hilfst mit, dass aus "noch nicht" wieder "geht" wird

  • Du unterstützt Patientinnen und Patienten bei der täglichen Pflege, Mobilisation und Alltagsgestaltung und förderst dabei konsequent ihre vorhandenen Fähigkeiten
  • Grund und Behandlungspflege übernimmst du innerhalb deines Kompetenzbereichs und gestaltest deine Unterstützung so, dass möglichst viel Selbstständigkeit erhalten oder zurückgewonnen wird
  • Medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen führst du fachgerecht durch und beobachtest Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand aufmerksam
  • Im Austausch mit Pflegefachpersonen, Therapien und weiteren Berufsgruppen trägst du dazu bei, dass alle gemeinsam am gleichen Rehabilitationsziel arbeiten

Was bei uns mehr zählt als jahrelange Erfahrung

  • Du hast deine Ausbildung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ abgeschlossen oder verfügst bei einem ausländischen Abschluss über die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Du hast Freude daran, Menschen zu motivieren, Ressourcen zu fördern und auch kleine Entwicklungsschritte als wichtigen Erfolg wahrzunehmen
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig und selbstständig, kannst dich aber genauso gut in ein neues Team integrieren und Verantwortung innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen übernehmen
  • Auch direkt nach deinem Lehrabschluss bist du herzlich willkommen, wenn du neugierig bist, mitanpackst und Lust hast, die Rehabilitation kennenzulernen
