Für unseren Kunden, ein Unternehmen spezialisiert auf Restaurierungsgeräte, suchen wir einen Techniker/eine Technikerin im Außendienst für eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle.

Ihre Aufgaben bei Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Technische Einsätze bei Kunden in seinem Sektor eigenverantwortlich planen und organisieren.
  • Präventive Wartungsarbeiten durchführen, um die Zuverlässigkeit und Verfügbarkeit der Ausrüstungen zu gewährleisten.
  • Störungen diagnostizieren, Ursachen ermitteln und notwendige Reparaturen gemäss Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards durchführen.
  • Inbetriebnahmen von Ausrüstungen durchführen und deren ordnungsgemäße Funktion nach dem Einsatz überprüfen.
  • Benutzer beraten zu guten Praktiken beim Betrieb und zur Wartung der Anlagen.
  • Einsatzberichte verfassen und die Nachverfolgung der durchgeführten Arbeiten in den Verwaltungswerkzeugen des Unternehmens sicherstellen.
  • Angebote für Einsätze, Reparaturen oder zusätzliche Leistungen erstellen.
  • Ein Vertrauensverhältnis zu Kunden aufbauen und pflegen, indem hochwertiger technischer Support geboten wird.
  • Gemäß Planung am Bereitschaftsdienst teilnehmen, einschließlich einiger Einsätze außerhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeiten.
  • Die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsnormen, internen Verfahren und geltenden gesetzlichen Anforderungen sicherstellen.

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Technische Ausbildung auf EFZ-Niveau oder gleichwertiges Niveau in den Bereichen Elektrik, Automatisierung, Elektromechanik, Industriewartung oder ähnliche Disziplinen.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung oder ausgeprägtes Interesse an Kundendienst- und Vor-Ort-Einsätzen.
  • Fähigkeit, vielfältige technische Problemstellungen zu analysieren und geeignete Lösungen vorzuschlagen.
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit verschiedenen Gesprächspartnern und ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung.
  • Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Organisationsfähigkeit und Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
  • Gute Beherrschung gängiger IT-Tools sowie von Anwendungen zur Einsatzverfolgung.
  • Führerschein erforderlich für berufliche Fahrten.
  • Ausgezeichnete Beherrschung der französischen Sprache; Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren anderen Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
  • Flexibilität und Verfügbarkeit, um einen qualitativ hochwertigen Service für Kunden des zugewiesenen Sektors zu gewährleisten.
  • Wohnort im Interventionsgebiet oder in der Nähe.
