Pflege, Bildungsteam und Führung arbeiten eng zusammen, damit Lernende und Studierende praxisnah begleitet werden und gleichzeitig die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner bestmöglich versorgt sind. Als Arbeitgeberin bietet die Einrichtung geregelte Arbeitszeiten, interne und externe Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten sowie ein offenes, humorvolles Miteinander. Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung wird in einer unbefristeten Festanstellung mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 80% eine diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ als hauptberufliche Berufsbildnerin oder hauptberuflicher Berufsbildner gesucht, die oder der Lernende anleitet und ihren Lernprozess begleitet. Ein höheres Pensum von 90 bis 100% ist bei zusätzlicher Dienstübernahme in der Pflege möglich. Wer einsteigt, übernimmt eine wichtige Funktion im Führungsdreieck und prägt die Ausbildung der nächsten Pflegegeneration aktiv mit.

  • Du schaffst Lernsituationen für Lernende, leitest sie auf den Abteilungen an, dokumentierst den Lernprozess und beurteilst sie mündlich und schriftlich
  • Du planst und koordinierst die Lernbegleitungen selbstständig und arbeitest direkt mit den Lernenden zusammen
  • Du führst behandlungspflegerische Tätigkeiten aus, die du gezielt als Lernsituation nutzt, und begleitest Arztvisiten
