Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen, welches im technischen Dienstleistungsumfeld tätig ist. Gesucht wird eine analytische und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit, welche das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen stärkt und die Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse mitgestaltet. In der Funktion als Buchhalter/in übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle mit vielseitigen Aufgaben, Eigenverantwortung und Entwicklungsspielraum. Die Unternehmung ist gut erreichbar mit dem Auto oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Führung der Hauptbuchhaltung inklusive Kontrolle und Abstimmung der Konten
  • Erstellung und Prüfung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
  • Aufbereitung von Finanzberichten und Auswertungen sowie Bearbeitung der Umsatzsteuermeldungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachpersonen und internen Abteilungen sowie Mitarbeit bei der Digitalisierung und Verbesserung der Buchhaltungsprozesse

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung und gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Rechnungslegung (HGB)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP, sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise, gutes Zahlenverständnis und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
