Pour notre client, une entreprise active dans le domaine du textile en Suisse romande, avec plusieurs sites et près de 300 collaboratrices et collaborateurs, nous recherchons un Conseiller clientèle externe / une Conseillère clientèle externe, à 80\-100 %, en contrat à durée indéterminée. Hôpitaux, EMS et hôtels, vous deviendrez leur interlocuteur / interlocutrice de référence.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous rendez régulièrement visite à vos clients existants et les conseillez sur la gamme textile du catalogue.
  • Vous assurez le suivi de vos clients dans un logiciel partagé qui garde l’historique des échanges : suivi téléphonique et traitement des réclamations.
  • Vous mettez en place les produits de l'entreprise chez les nouveaux clients, avec des essayages en hôpital ou en EMS, en lien avec la production.
  • Vous prospectez, élaborez les offres avec le service commercial et suivez les appels d’offres sur les plateformes de marché.
  • Vous remontez les demandes récurrentes de vos clients au service textile.
  • Vous participez aux séances internes, collaborez avec la production et réalisez les tâches administratives du service commercial.

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée dans la vente externe.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un CFC d’employé / employée de commerce, de vente ou d’un titre équivalent.
  • Vous avez une expérience du textile ou de l’intendance (hôtellerie, hôpital, EMS, traitement du linge) : c’est un très gros atout, sans être exigé.
  • Vous comprenez les contraintes du textile, délais et quantités : il ne s’agit pas de vendre des articles, mais d’assurer un service fiable.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français ; des connaissances d’allemand sont un plus apprécié.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques usuels et titulaire du permis de conduire.
  • Vous avez de l’entregent, savez écouter et placez le client au centre de votre action.
  • Vous êtes autonome, organisé / organisée, rigoureux / rigoureuse, flexible et discret / discrète, et vous soignez votre présentation.
