Für eine etablierte Organisation im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Controllerin / Controller 80-100%. Die Organisation engagiert sich für die Gesundheitsversorgung und arbeitet eng mit regionalen Partnern zusammen. Sie erwartet ein kleines Finanz- und Controlling-Team mit vielseitigen Aufgaben und kurzen Entscheidungswegen. Der temporäre Einsatz ist als Überbrückung gedacht und soll per sofort (oder nach Vereinbarung) besetzt werden. Das Projekt ist für eine Dauer von rund vier bis sechs Monaten geplant. Der Arbeitsort liegt zentral im Raum Bern und ist vor allem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Ihre Aufgaben beim Einsatzort:

  • Sie erstellen die Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung und verantworten eine aussagekräftige Berichterstattung
  • Umfangreiche Finanz- und Leistungsdaten analysieren Sie und bereiten die Ergebnisse als Entscheidungsgrundlage für verschiedene Anspruchsgruppen auf
  • Die bestehenden Berechnungs- und Verteilungslogiken der Kostenrechnung überprüfen Sie und entwickeln diese gezielt weiter
  • Bestehende Controlling- und BI-Instrumente optimieren Sie und übersetzen fachliche Anforderungen in nachvollziehbare Kennzahlen und Auswertungen
  • Als Ansprechperson beraten Sie (dezentrale) Finanzverantwortliche bei Fragen zur Leistungserfassung, Finanzbuchhaltung und Kostenrechnung

Sie bieten dem Unternehmen:

  • Eine betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Controlling sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling bringen Sie mit
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung sowie Erfahrung mit komplexen Datenanalysen zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und eine hohe IT-Affinität sind wichtig, Erfahrung mit BI-Anwendungen ist willkommen
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend, mündliche Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Mit Ihrer selbstständigen, strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Ihrer verbindlichen Kommunikation finden Sie sich auch in dezentralen Strukturen zurecht
