Für einen temporären Einsatz in einer Rehabilitationsklinik in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 %. Du begleitest Patientinnen und Patienten nach Erkrankungen, Eingriffen oder gesundheitlichen Veränderungen auf ihrem Weg zurück zu möglichst viel Selbstständigkeit. Dabei verbindest du professionelle Pflege mit gezielter Förderung und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen auf individuelle Rehabilitationsziele hin.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du gestaltest die Pflege so, dass vorhandene Fähigkeiten gezielt gefördert werden und Patientinnen und Patienten möglichst viel Selbstständigkeit zurückgewinnen
  • Den individuellen Pflegeprozess planst, steuerst und evaluierst du eigenverantwortlich und richtest deine Massnahmen an den vereinbarten Rehabilitationszielen aus
  • Medizinaltechnische und therapeutische Massnahmen führst du innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen sicher durch und beobachtest gesundheitliche Entwicklungen aufmerksam
  • Mit Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie, Ärzteschaft und weiteren Fachbereichen arbeitest du eng zusammen und bringst deine pflegerische Perspektive aktiv in die Rehabilitation ein

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du verfügst über ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss über die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Du interessierst dich für rehabilitative und ressourcenorientierte Pflege und hast Freude daran, Menschen aktiv in ihren Genesungsprozess einzubeziehen
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, kannst Entwicklungen fachlich einschätzen und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess
  • Geduld, Motivation und Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit helfen dir dabei, auch längere Entwicklungsprozesse professionell zu begleiten
