Für unseren Kunden in der Region Chur/Graubünden suchen wir eine engagierte und zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung. Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA ist von Vorteil. Die Stelle soll ab sofort temporär als Zusatzunterstützung im Team für mindestens 3 Monate besetzt werden. Die Möglichkeit für eine Festanstellung besteht und wird während des Einsatzes evaluiert. Unser Kunde legt grossen Wert auf eine wertschätzende und respektvolle Unternehmenskultur.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Die tägliche Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangszahlungen sowie der Abgleich mit den entsprechenden OP-Listen gehören zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Zudem erstellen, verbuchen und versenden Sie Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Gutschriften und kümmern sich um die Bewirtschaftung und Pflege der Debitorenkonten
  • Auch die Abstimmung der Bank- und Cash-Pool-Konten sowie die Intercompany-Abstimmung im Debitorenbereich fallen in Ihren Aufgabenbereich
  • Abgerundet wird Ihr Tätigkeitsgebiet durch das Mahnwesen sowie die Erstellung von Intrastat-Meldungen, zusammenfassenden Meldungen und MwSt.-Voranmeldungen für Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder eine gleichwertige bzw. höhere Qualifikation bilden Ihre fachliche Grundlage
  • Mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen bringen Sie bereits mit
  • Eine exakte, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zeichnen Sie aus
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA mit und sind im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen versiert
