In der Region Luzern suchen verschiedene Spitäler und Gesundheitseinrichtungen motivierte Fachfrauen und Fachmänner Gesundheit EFZ für temporäre Einsätze in der Akutpflege mit einem Pensum von 60-100 %.

Dich erwartet ein lebendiges Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Teamarbeit, Fachwissen und eine gute Organisation gefragt sind. Du lernst unterschiedliche Stationen und Teams kennen und kannst deine bisherigen Erfahrungen gezielt einbringen.

Gemeinsam suchen wir einen Einsatz, der zu deiner Erfahrung, deiner Verfügbarkeit und deinen persönlichen Vorstellungen passt.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du unterstützt Patientinnen und Patienten bei der täglichen Pflege und Betreuung und gehst dabei individuell auf ihre Bedürfnisse ein
  • Grundpflegerische und medizinaltechnische Aufgaben führst du innerhalb deines Kompetenzbereichs selbstständig und fachgerecht durch
  • Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand beobachtest du aufmerksam und leitest relevante Informationen zuverlässig an das Pflegeteam weiter
  • Gemeinsam mit Pflegefachpersonen und weiteren Berufsgruppen sorgst du für einen gut organisierten Ablauf und eine professionelle Versorgung

  • Deine Ausbildung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine gleichwertige Schweizer Anerkennung
