In der Region Luzern suchen verschiedene Spitex Organisationen temporäre Verstärkung durch Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH mit einem Pensum von 60-100 %. Dein Arbeitsplatz wechselt von Haustür zu Haustür und bringt dich täglich mit unterschiedlichen Menschen und Lebensgeschichten zusammen.

Dabei arbeitest du eigenständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und kannst deine pflegerische Erfahrung dort einsetzen, wo sie unmittelbar gebraucht wird. Gleichzeitig wirst du Teil eines eingespielten Teams, mit dem du dich fachlich austauschst und gemeinsam eine verlässliche Versorgung sicherstellst.

Der Start ist ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung möglich und wird auf deine Verfügbarkeit abgestimmt.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Bei deinen Einsätzen zu Hause übernimmst du die individuelle Pflege und Betreuung der Klient und richtest deine Unterstützung gezielt an ihren Bedürfnissen und Ressourcen aus
  • Den Pflegeprozess planst, steuerst und dokumentierst du eigenverantwortlich und stellst sicher, dass pflegerische Massnahmen laufend an die aktuelle Situation angepasst werden
  • Anspruchsvolle Behandlungspflege und medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen führst du innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen sicher durch und reagierst professionell auf Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustands
  • Im Austausch mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und weiteren Fachpersonen koordinierst du die Versorgung und sorgst dafür, dass auch ausserhalb einer Institution alles gut zusammenspielt

  • Dein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Schweizer Anerkennung bildet die fachliche Grundlage für deinen Einsatz
  • Erfahrung in der Spitex ist von Vorteil, ebenso wichtig sind deine Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten und dein Interesse an der ambulanten Pflege
