Für ein Spital im Luzerner Hinterland suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (60-100 %) für einen temporären Einsatz. Dich erwartet ein professionelles Akutumfeld, in dem du deine bisherige Erfahrung direkt einbringen und gleichzeitig neue Abläufe und Arbeitsweisen kennenlernen kannst. Gemeinsam mit Pflege, Ärzteschaft und weiteren Fachbereichen sorgst du für eine gut abgestimmte Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Begleite Patientinnen und Patienten vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt und übernimm die pflegerische Verantwortung während ihres Aufenthalts
  • Beurteile den aktuellen Gesundheitszustand und leite daraus die passenden pflegerischen Massnahmen ab
  • Führe anspruchsvolle pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Tätigkeiten fachgerecht durch
  • Bringe deine Beobachtungen bei Visiten und im Austausch mit Ärzteschaft sowie weiteren Fachbereichen gezielt ein
