Für einen temporären Einsatz im Akutbereich in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 %. Du übernimmst vom ersten Tag an Verantwortung, betreust Patientinnen und Patienten in unterschiedlichen medizinischen Situationen und bringst deine pflegerische Einschätzung aktiv ins Team ein. Ein abwechslungsreicher Pflegealltag, kurze Entscheidungswege und die enge Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Berufsgruppen gehören dabei ganz selbstverständlich dazu.

Wahrnehmen, einschätzen, richtig reagieren

  • Du betreust Patientinnen und Patienten in unterschiedlichen akuten Krankheitssituationen und stellst eine professionelle und individuelle Pflege sicher
  • Den Pflegeprozess steuerst du eigenverantwortlich, beurteilst Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand und passt pflegerische Massnahmen situationsgerecht an
  • Medizinaltechnische und therapeutische Massnahmen führst du innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen sicher durch und dokumentierst relevante Beobachtungen nachvollziehbar
  • Mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren Fachpersonen arbeitest du eng zusammen und bringst deine pflegerische Einschätzung aktiv in die Behandlung ein

Was hinter deinem klinischen Blick steckt

  • Du verfügst über ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss über die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Erfahrung im Akutbereich hilft dir dabei, dich rasch in unterschiedliche Patientensituationen und bestehende Abläufe einzufinden
  • Du setzt Prioritäten sicher, arbeitest strukturiert und kannst auch dann fundiert handeln, wenn mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig deine Aufmerksamkeit verlangen
  • Neue Teams und Arbeitsweisen siehst du nicht als Hindernis, sondern findest dich mit deiner offenen und professionellen Art rasch zurecht
