Für einen temporären Einsatz bei einer Spitex Organisation in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine Fachfrau oder einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 %. Statt auf einer Abteilung arbeitest du dort, wo deine Klientinnen und Klienten zuhause sind. Du organisierst deinen Pflegealltag selbstständig, stellst dich auf unterschiedliche Situationen ein und sorgst mit deiner Unterstützung dafür, dass Menschen möglichst lange selbstbestimmt in ihrem gewohnten Umfeld leben können.

Zwischen Haustür und Haustür zählt dein Können

  • Du besuchst Klientinnen und Klienten zuhause und unterstützt sie individuell bei der Grund und Behandlungspflege sowie bei der Bewältigung ihres Alltags
  • Medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen führst du innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen selbstständig durch und behältst Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustands aufmerksam im Blick
  • Deine Pflegeleistungen und Beobachtungen dokumentierst du sorgfältig und stellst sicher, dass relevante Informationen zuverlässig weitergegeben werden
  • Mit Angehörigen, Pflegefachpersonen, Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren Fachstellen arbeitest du eng zusammen und trägst zu einer gut koordinierten Versorgung bei

Selbstständig unterwegs, trotzdem Teil eines Teams

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss über die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Idealerweise kennst du die Spitex bereits, entscheidend sind aber vor allem deine Selbstständigkeit und deine Freude an der Pflege im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Du kannst deinen Arbeitstag gut organisieren, übernimmst Verantwortung und fühlst dich wohl dabei, auch einmal alleine Entscheidungen innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen zu treffen
  • Mit deiner offenen und respektvollen Art stellst du dich unkompliziert auf unterschiedliche Menschen, Haushalte und Lebenssituationen ein
