Für eine Institution im Bereich Rehabilitation in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (60-100 %) für einen temporären Einsatz. Hier steht nicht nur die pflegerische Versorgung im Mittelpunkt, sondern vor allem der Weg zurück zu möglichst viel Selbstständigkeit im Alltag. Du begleitest Patientinnen und Patienten während einer wichtigen Phase ihrer Genesung und erlebst ihre Entwicklung unmittelbar mit. Dabei erwartet dich ein vielseitiges Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Pflege, Therapie und Medizin eng zusammenspielen und gemeinsam auf individuelle Rehabilitationsziele hinarbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Begleite Patientinnen und Patienten durch ihren Rehabilitationsprozess und unterstütze sie dabei, Schritt für Schritt wieder mehr Sicherheit im Alltag zu gewinnen
  • Richte deine Pflege gezielt an den vorhandenen Ressourcen aus und plane, steuere sowie evaluiere den individuellen Pflegeprozess
  • Motiviere und fördere Patientinnen und Patienten auf dem Weg zu ihren persönlichen Rehabilitationszielen und stärke ihre Selbstständigkeit
  • Vernetze Pflege, Therapie und Medizin durch eine enge interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit und trage so zu einem ganzheitlichen Rehabilitationsprozess bei

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du verfügst über einen Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Rehabilitation ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss, wenn du bereits fundierte Pflegeerfahrung und Interesse an diesem Fachbereich mitbringst
  • Du arbeitest ressourcenorientiert, erkennst Potenziale und hast Freude daran, Patientinnen und Patienten in ihrer Selbstständigkeit zu fördern
  • Geduld, Eigenverantwortung und Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus und du schätzt den engen Austausch mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen
