Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden, verschiedenen Akutspitälern in der Region Bern, suchen wir diplomierte Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH für Temporäreinsätze ab einem Monat. Hier kannst du dein klinisches Wissen in einem neuen Umfeld einsetzen und zusätzliche Erfahrungen sammeln, ohne dich direkt an eine Festanstellung zu binden. Wir unterstützen dich dabei, eine Einsatzmöglichkeit zu finden, die zu deiner Erfahrung und deinen beruflichen Zielen passt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust Patient:innen mit unterschiedlichen Krankheitsbildern und steuerst ihre Pflege von der Eintrittssituation bis zur Austrittsvorbereitung
  • Bei der Überwachung von Vitalparametern, der Verabreichung von Medikamenten und weiteren pflegerischen Interventionen handelst du fachlich fundiert und vorausschauend
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit dem ärztlichen Dienst und weiteren Fachbereichen, damit diagnostische, therapeutische und pflegerische Massnahmen ineinandergreifen
  • Auch bei hoher Arbeitsbelastung setzt du klare Prioritäten, gewährleistest eine sichere Patientenversorgung und dokumentierst relevante Informationen nachvollziehbar

Dein Plus:

  • Du besitzt ein Diplom als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH beziehungsweise eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung
  • Durch deine bisherige Tätigkeit im Akutbereich bist du mit dem Spitalalltag vertraut und kannst dich rasch in neue Abläufe einarbeiten
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit elektronischen Patientendokumentationssystemen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, klinisches Urteilsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck strukturiert zu handeln, zeichnen dich aus
