Dein zukünftiger Einsatzbetrieb ist ein Akutspital in der Region Luzern, das Patientinnen und Patienten mit unterschiedlichen medizinischen und pflegerischen Bedürfnissen versorgt. Das Spital bietet ein vielseitiges stationäres Umfeld, in dem verschiedene Krankheitsbilder, Behandlungsverläufe und komplexe Pflegesituationen zum Alltag gehören.

Entsprechend abwechslungsreich gestaltet sich auch dein Einsatz. Gesundheitliche Situationen können sich rasch verändern, Prioritäten müssen neu gesetzt und pflegerische Massnahmen laufend angepasst werden. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten, FaGe sowie weiteren Fachpersonen zusammen und bist Teil eines interprofessionellen Teams.

Als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % unterstützt du das bestehende Team temporär. Deine bisherige Erfahrung kannst du direkt einbringen und gleichzeitig neue Abläufe, ein anderes Arbeitsumfeld und weitere pflegerische Situationen kennenlernen.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Die individuelle Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten in unterschiedlichen akuten Behandlungssituationen gehört zu deinen zentralen Aufgaben
  • Im Pflegeprozess planst, koordinierst und evaluierst du die notwendigen Massnahmen und reagierst professionell auf Veränderungen
  • Medizinisch technische und therapeutische Massnahmen führst du entsprechend deinen Kompetenzen selbstständig und fachgerecht durch
  • Im interprofessionellen Team bringst du deine Beobachtungen und deine pflegerische Einschätzung aktiv ein und sorgst für einen guten Informationsfluss

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Pflege und idealerweise bereits praktische Erfahrung in einem Akutspital
  • Eine strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
