Für unsere Kunden, verschiedene Alters- und Pflegeinstitutionen in der Region Bern, suchen wir diplomierte Pflegefachfrauen und Pflegefachmänner HF/FH für Temporäreinsätze ab einem Monat. In der Langzeitpflege verbindest du pflegerische Fachkompetenz mit persönlicher Begleitung und übernimmst eine wichtige Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität. Wir bieten dir die Möglichkeit, neue Institutionen kennenzulernen und deine Fähigkeiten dort einzubringen, wo sie gebraucht werden.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für die Pflege und Betreuung älterer Menschen mit unterschiedlichen gesundheitlichen und pflegerischen Bedürfnissen
  • Die individuelle Pflegeplanung, regelmässige Überprüfung der Pflegemassnahmen und Anpassung an veränderte Situationen liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für Angehörige, Ärzt:innen und das Betreuungsteam und sorgst für einen professionellen Informationsaustausch
  • Mit deinem Fachwissen unterstützt du die Mitarbeitenden im Pflegealltag, förderst eine hohe Pflegequalität und stellst eine lückenlose Dokumentation sicher

Dein Plus:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige SRK-Anerkennung
  • Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege mit und kennst die besonderen Anforderungen bei der Betreuung älterer und multimorbider Menschen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und ein sicherer Umgang mit elektronischen Pflegedokumentationssystemen gehören zu deinem beruflichen Repertoire
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, behältst auch bei komplexen Pflegesituationen den Überblick und begegnest Menschen mit Respekt und Empathie
