Für einen temporären Einsatz von 60-100 % suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / einen Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH. Sie gestalten Ihren Pflegealltag selbstständig, übernehmen Verantwortung und erleben jeden Tag neue Situationen und Begegnungen.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Gestalten Sie Ihre Einsätze eigenverantwortlich und begleiten Sie Klientinnen und Klienten individuell in ihrem vertrauten Zuhause
  • Übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess, erkennen Sie Veränderungen frühzeitig und leiten Sie die passenden Massnahmen ein
  • Beraten und unterstützen Sie Klientinnen und Klienten sowie deren Angehörige und fördern Sie gezielt die Selbstständigkeit im Alltag
  • Bleiben Sie trotz selbstständiger Arbeit gut vernetzt: Tauschen Sie sich mit Ihrem Team, Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren Fachpersonen aus und sorgen Sie für eine lückenlose Pflegedokumentation

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Ihre Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügen über eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung
  • Erfahrung in der Spitex oder ambulanten Pflege hilft Ihnen, sich rasch im neuen Arbeitsumfeld zurechtzufinden und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten liegt Ihnen: Sie organisieren Ihre Einsätze zuverlässig, setzen Prioritäten und reagieren auch auf unerwartete Situationen souverän
