Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du betreust Kinder in verschiedenen Altersphasen und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich sicher und gut aufgehoben fühlen
  • Du planst die Pflege, beobachtest den Verlauf und beziehst Fachpersonen aus dem Team sinnvoll ein
  • Du wirkst bei Förderangeboten mit und bringst Deine Beobachtungen in Entwicklungsprozesse der Kinder ein
  • Du begleitest Familien in herausfordernden Momenten und gibst ihnen Sicherheit sowie Vertrauen
