Für eine moderne Gesundheitseinrichtung in der Region Luzern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH 60-100 % für einen temporären Einsatz in der Notfallpflege. Die Institution bietet eine umfassende medizinische Versorgung und zeichnet sich durch ein vielseitiges Behandlungsspektrum sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Fachdisziplinen aus. Im Notfallbereich werden Patientinnen und Patienten mit unterschiedlichsten Beschwerden und akuten Erkrankungen betreut, wobei eine rasche Einschätzung, professionelle Versorgung und hohe Pflegequalität im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Dich erwartet ein lebhaftes und abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld, in dem kein Tag dem anderen gleicht. Gemeinsam mit einem interprofessionellen Team sorgst du dafür, dass auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen eine sichere und individuelle Patientenbetreuung gewährleistet ist. Dabei kannst du deine Fachkompetenzen gezielt einsetzen, neue Erfahrungen sammeln und von einem intensiven fachlichen Austausch profitieren.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du übernimmst die Erstversorgung und Betreuung von Notfallpatientinnen und -patienten und stellst eine fachgerechte sowie situationsangepasste Pflege sicher
  • Die Einschätzung des Gesundheitszustands, die Überwachung der Vitalparameter und das frühzeitige Erkennen kritischer Veränderungen gehören zu deinen Aufgaben
  • Gemeinsam mit Ärzten und weiteren Fachpersonen unterstützt du diagnostische und therapeutische Massnahmen und sorgst für einen strukturierten Behandlungsablauf
  • Du führst medizinaltechnische Massnahmen selbstständig durch und gewährleistest eine vollständige und nachvollziehbare Pflegedokumentation

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung bildet die Grundlage für deinen Einsatz
