Gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden, einer persönlichen und engagierten Spitex-Organisation in der Region Solothurn, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH 80–100 % für eine verantwortungsvolle Position als Leitung Pflege. Die Organisation ermöglicht Menschen mit unterschiedlichen gesundheitlichen Bedürfnissen eine professionelle Pflege und Betreuung in ihrem vertrauten Zuhause. Dabei stehen Menschlichkeit, individuelle Unterstützung und eine hohe Pflegequalität im Mittelpunkt. Durch den persönlichen Kontakt zu den Klientinnen und Klienten sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und weiteren Fachpersonen wird eine bedürfnisorientierte Versorgung gewährleistet.

Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Leitungsfunktion mit viel Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum, in der du die fachliche Organisation des Pflegebereichs übernimmst und eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammenarbeitest. Du erhältst die Möglichkeit, bestehende Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln, Mitarbeitende fachlich zu begleiten und deine eigenen Ideen einzubringen. Besonders attraktiv sind die geregelten Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag ohne Wochenenddienste, die dir eine gute Vereinbarkeit von Berufs- und Privatleben ermöglichen. Kurze Entscheidungswege und ein persönliches Arbeitsumfeld runden diese spannende Herausforderung ab.
