Unsere Kundin ist eine Institution der Langzeitpflege im Kanton Zürich, die ältere Menschen in ihrem Alltag begleitet und alles daransetzt, ihre Selbstständigkeit und Lebensfreude so lange wie möglich zu bewahren. Die Organisation vertraut auf eine ganzheitliche, individuelle Pflege und Betreuung und lebt eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen Pflege, Betreuung, Therapie und Medizin. Aktuell wird ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Diplomierte Pflegefachfrau oder ein Diplomierter Pflegefachmann HF/FH für einen temporären Einsatz mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100% gesucht, die oder der das Team verstärkt und die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Pflegealltag begleitet.
