Im Luzerner Hinterland wartet ein Spitex-Einsatz, bei dem Sie Ihren Arbeitstag nicht zwischen Stationszimmer und Patientenzimmer verbringen.

Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) betreuen Sie Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Pflegebedürfnissen direkt zu Hause und übernehmen dabei eine zentrale Rolle in deren Versorgung. Temporär einzusteigen gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit, dieses Arbeitsumfeld kennenzulernen und gleichzeitig herauszufinden, ob die Spitex längerfristig zu Ihnen passt.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Bei Ihren Besuchen erfassen Sie die aktuelle Pflegesituation und entscheiden, welche Unterstützung gerade benötigt wird
  • Sie steuern den Pflegeprozess, setzen passende Massnahmen um und passen diese bei Veränderungen gezielt an
  • Als wichtige Ansprechperson verbinden Sie Klientinnen und Klienten, Angehörige, Ärzteschaft und weitere Fachstellen miteinander
  • Ihre Beobachtungen und Entscheidungen halten Sie nachvollziehbar fest und sorgen damit für eine verlässliche Weiterbetreuung

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Ihr Diplom als Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung bildet Ihre fachliche Grundlage
