Deine Aufgaben

  • Du vertrittst die Leitung Pflege und übernimmst Führungsaufgaben im Pflegeteam
  • Du sorgst für eine hohe Pflegequalität und entwickelst Abläufe weiter
  • Bei der Dienstplanung und bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender hilfst du tatkräftig mit
  • Du pflegst die Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärztinnen und Ärzten und anderen Fachstellen

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege, Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus
  • Deine Kommunikation ist klar und wertschätzend und bei Trubel behältst du den Überblick
  • Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und ein Team mitzuprägen
