Gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden, einem Akutspital in der Region zwischen Bern und Thun, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Fachfrau oder einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ mit einem Pensum von 50-100 % für einen Temporäreinsatz ab einem Monat. Im Mittelpunkt der Tätigkeit steht die pflegerische Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit unterschiedlichen medizinischen Bedürfnissen. Du arbeitest eng mit diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen und weiteren Berufsgruppen zusammen und kannst deine praktischen Kompetenzen im Spitalalltag gezielt einsetzen. Dich erwartet eine Tätigkeit, bei der fachliches Können, Aufmerksamkeit und eine gute Zusammenarbeit besonders wichtig sind.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt Patientinnen und Patienten bei der Körperpflege, Mobilisation und weiteren Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens und förderst ihre Selbstständigkeit während der Genesung
  • Im Rahmen deiner Kompetenzen führst du medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen durch und unterstützt diplomierte Pflegefachpersonen bei der Umsetzung der geplanten Pflegemassnahmen
  • Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand erkennst du aufmerksam und gibst relevante Beobachtungen rechtzeitig an die zuständigen Fachpersonen weiter
  • Du beteiligst dich an der Organisation des Stationsalltags und hältst die durchgeführten Pflegeleistungen sowie wichtige Informationen elektronisch fest

Dein Plus:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits Berufserfahrung in einem Akutspital sammeln und kennst die Anforderungen einer stationären Patientenversorgung
  • Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse mit und bist mit der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation vertraut
  • Deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, deine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und deine Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit zeichnen dich aus
