In der Rehabilitation entstehen Begegnungen, die über die tägliche Pflege hinausgehen.

Für eine Rehabilitationsklinik suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) für einen temporären Einsatz. Hier lernen Sie Patientinnen und Patienten über längere Zeit kennen und begleiten sie persönlich durch ihren Reha-Alltag.

Und auch Sie werden begleitet: Mit Careerplus an Ihrer Seite unterstützen wir Sie persönlich und unkompliziert vom ersten Gespräch bis zum passenden Einsatz.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Begleiten Sie Patientinnen und Patienten im Reha-Alltag und fördern Sie deren Selbstständigkeit
  • Übernehmen Sie pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Aufgaben innerhalb Ihrer Kompetenzen
  • Unterstützen Sie bei der Mobilisation und bringen Sie Therapieerfolge in den Alltag
  • Arbeiten Sie eng mit Pflege und Therapie zusammen und halten Sie wichtige Beobachtungen fest
