Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden, verschiedenen Spitälern und Akutinstitutionen in der Region Bern, suchen wir engagierte Fachfrauen und Fachmänner Gesundheit EFZ für Temporäreinsätze ab einem Monat. Hier kannst du in einem dynamischen Umfeld mitarbeiten, deine Kompetenzen erweitern und wertvolle Einblicke in unterschiedliche Fachabteilungen gewinnen. Wir berücksichtigen deine Wünsche bei der Einsatzsuche und begleiten dich persönlich bei deinem nächsten beruflichen Schritt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt Patient:innen während ihres Spitalaufenthalts bei der täglichen Pflege und förderst ihre Selbstständigkeit während der Genesung
  • Im Rahmen deiner Kompetenzen führst du medizinaltechnische Verrichtungen durch und übernimmst pflegerische Aufgaben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen
  • Du behältst auch bei wechselnden Situationen den Überblick, erkennst Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand und leitest deine Beobachtungen zuverlässig weiter
  • Durch eine sorgfältige elektronische Dokumentation und eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen trägst du zu einem reibungslosen Stationsalltag bei

Dein Plus für den nächsten Einsatz:

  • Du hast deine Ausbildung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder bringst eine entsprechende SRK- Annerkennung mit
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung im Akutspital mit oder möchtest deine vorhandenen Pflegekenntnisse in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse und findest dich in digitalen Pflegedokumentationssystemen zurecht
  • Mit deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe, deiner Flexibilität und deiner Freude an einem lebhaften Arbeitsumfeld passt du hervorragend in wechselnde Teams
