Gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden, ein Unternehmen in der Baubranche, suchen wir eine/n Fachmitarbeiter / Fachmitarbeiterin Debitorenbuchhaltung 80-100-%. Die Mitarbeitenden tragen durch ihre Kompetenz, ihre Leidenschaft und ihr Engagement massgeblich zum Erfolg der Firma bei. Der Stellenantritt ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung und soll im Rahmen eines Try&Hire-Modells besetzt werden. Eine Weiterbeschäftigung ist somit sehr realistisch. Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Im Debitorenmanagement überwachen Sie offene Forderungen, führen Mahnläufe durch und bearbeiten Inkassofälle
  • Sie verantworten die Verbuchung, Abstimmung und Kontrolle verschiedener Zahlungsströme und stellen eine korrekte sowie zuverlässige Finanzbuchhaltung sicher
  • Sie bearbeiten Zahlungseingänge, Bankbewegungen, Rückerstattungen und Zahlungsdifferenzen selbstständig und gewährleisten eine vollständige und präzise Kontenabstimmung
  • Sie unterstützen Analysen und Reportings mit einer hohen Datenqualität und bringen sich aktiv in die Optimierung von Prozessen sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Systemen ein

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung abgeschlossen und bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und bringen von Vorteil Französischkenntnisse mit
  • Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen und SAP fühlen Sie sich sicher und versiert
  • Durch Ihr vernetztes Denken, Ihre exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Ihre Selbständigkeit finden Sie sich problemlos in einem wachsenden Unternehmen zurecht
