Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort eine temporäre Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (60-100%) für die Langzeitpflege. Der Betrieb bietet älteren Menschen ein sicheres Zuhause mit persönlicher Begleitung. In einem respektvollen Team unterstützen Sie bei wichtigen Pflegeaufgaben, begleiten den Alltag, bringen Ihre Erfahrung ein und haben gute Möglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie betreuen Bewohner:innen verantwortungsvoll und führen Pflegeaufgaben durch, die im Alltag Sicherheit und Struktur geben
  • Sie arbeiten mit Ihrem Team eng zusammen, unterstützen Abläufe und sorgen dafür, dass die Betreuung reibungslos funktioniert
  • Sie begleiten Menschen mit Geduld und Ruhe, stärken ihre Fähigkeiten und fördern Selbstständigkeit
  • Sie unterstützen Lernende, teilen Ihr Wissen und helfen ihnen, gute Erfahrungen zu sammeln

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
