Für unseren Kunden, eine etablierte Organisation im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen, suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachperson Payroll. Die Organisation bietet ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld mit klaren Strukturen und einem kollegialen Team. Der temporäre Einsatz ist für mindestens drei Monate geplant. Eine Verlängerung ist realistisch, der Einsatz kann mehrmonatig weitergeführt oder bei gegenseitigem Interesse in ein langfristiges Engagement gehen. Der Stellenantritt ist ab sofort geplant. Ihren Einsatzort ist sehr zentral in der Stadt Bern gelegen und Sie erreichen diesen vor allem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Gemeinsam mit dem HR-Team stellen Sie die korrekte Lohnverarbeitung für mehrere hundert Mitarbeitende sicher
  • Selbständig führen Sie die monatlichen Lohnläufe für Monats- und Stundenlöhne durch, inklusive Mutationen, Kontrollen und Verbuchungen
  • Die Bearbeitung von Sozialversicherungsfällen sowie Fragen zur Lohnbuchhaltung und Zeitwirtschaft gehören zu Ihrem Arbeitsalltag
  • Als Ansprechperson unterstützen Sie Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen rund um Löhne und Abrechnungen
  • Bei der Pflege der Lohndaten im Abacus und der Optimierung bestehender Payroll-Prozesse bringen Sie Ihre Erfahrung ein

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung oder Payroll bringen Sie mit
  • Erfahrung mit Abacus ist zwingende Voraussetzung für diesen Einsatz
  • Sie kennen die Schweizer Sozialversicherungen und sind mit der Verarbeitung von Monats- und Stundenlöhnen vertraut
  • Eine exakte, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus, auch bei umfangreichen Lohnläufen
  • Mit Ihrer dienstleistungsorientierten und teamfähigen Art unterstützen Sie das HR-Team im Tagesgeschäft
