Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden, einem Alters- und Pflegeinstitutionen in der Region Bern, suchen wir Fachfrauen und Fachmänner Gesundheit EFZ für Temporäreinsätze ab einem Monat. In der Langzeitpflege geht es nicht nur um pflegerische Aufgaben, sondern auch um Vertrauen, persönliche Begegnungen und ein Stück Lebensqualität.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Mit deiner herzlichen und professionellen Art begleitest du Bewohnende im Alltag und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre individuellen Fähigkeiten möglichst lange zu erhalten
  • Du übernimmst eigenständig Aufgaben der Grund- und Behandlungspflege innerhalb deines Kompetenzbereichs und berücksichtigst persönliche Gewohnheiten sowie Bedürfnisse
  • Durch deine aufmerksame Beobachtung erkennst du Veränderungen im Wohlbefinden und besprichst wichtige Informationen mit den zuständigen Pflegefachpersonen
  • Du gestaltest ein angenehmes Wohn- und Pflegeumfeld mit und dokumentierst deine Leistungen vollständig im elektronischen Pflegesystem

Dein Plus:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder einer gleichwertigen SRK-Anerkennung bildet die Grundlage für deinen Einsatz
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits in der Langzeitpflege gearbeitet und schätzt den persönlichen Kontakt zu älteren Menschen
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse ermöglichen dir eine verständliche Kommunikation und du bist mit elektronischer Pflegedokumentation vertraut
  • Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise gehören zu deinen Stärken und machen dich zu einer geschätzten Teamkollegin oder einem geschätzten Teamkollegen
