Dein zukünftiger Einsatzbetrieb ist eine Spitex Organisation in der Region Luzern, die Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Pflege und Unterstützungsbedürfnissen direkt in ihrem eigenen Zuhause betreut. Ziel ist es, die Klientinnen und Klienten im Alltag so zu unterstützen, dass sie trotz gesundheitlicher Einschränkungen möglichst lange selbstständig in ihrer vertrauten Umgebung leben können.

Statt eines klassischen Stationsalltags bist du unterwegs und begegnest während deiner Tour ganz unterschiedlichen Menschen und Lebenssituationen. Hinter jeder Haustür erwartet dich eine neue Pflegesituation. Dabei ist nicht nur dein Fachwissen gefragt, sondern auch die Fähigkeit, dich schnell auf die jeweilige Person und ihr persönliches Umfeld einzustellen.

Obwohl du einen grossen Teil deines Arbeitstages selbstständig unterwegs bist, arbeitest du eng mit dem Pflegeteam und weiteren Fachpersonen zusammen. Ein regelmässiger Austausch sorgt dafür, dass Veränderungen früh erkannt und die Klientinnen und Klienten kontinuierlich betreut werden.

Als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % unterstützt du das bestehende Team temporär und kannst deine Erfahrung direkt in der ambulanten Pflege einsetzen. Careerplus begleitet dich persönlich bei der Einsatzsuche und während deines gesamten Einsatzes.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Bei deinen täglichen Einsätzen pflegst und begleitest du Klientinnen und Klienten individuell in ihrem eigenen Zuhause und gehst auf ihre persönliche Situation ein
  • Aufgaben der Grund und Behandlungspflege sowie medizinisch technische Verrichtungen führst du innerhalb deiner FaGe Kompetenzen selbstständig und sorgfältig durch
  • Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand erkennst du aufmerksam, dokumentierst deine Beobachtungen nachvollziehbar und leitest wichtige Informationen zuverlässig weiter
  • Im Austausch mit dem Pflegeteam und weiteren beteiligten Fachpersonen trägst du zu einer gut koordinierten und kontinuierlichen Versorgung der Klientinnen und Klienten bei

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung

  • Unterschiedliche Klientinnen und Klienten sowie wechselnde Einsatzorte sorgen für einen abwechslungsreichen Pflegealltag fernab eines klassischen Stationsbetriebs
  • Neben einer attraktiven Temporärentlöhnung erhältst du die Möglichkeit, wertvolle Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege zu sammeln oder vorhandene Spitex Erfahrung weiter auszubauen
