Morgens ein freundliches Hallo, mittags ein Gespräch beim Essen, nachmittags ein gemeinsamer Spaziergang: So sieht der Tagdienst in einer Alterswohn- und Pflegeeinrichtung im Kanton Zürich aus, die älteren Menschen ein sicheres und selbstbestimmtes Zuhause bietet. Pflege, Betreuung und Ärzteschaft stimmen sich im Tagesablauf eng ab, damit die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner genau die Unterstützung erhalten, die sie brauchen. Die Einrichtung schätzt eine offene Kommunikation und kollegiale Zusammenarbeit und bietet ihren Mitarbeitenden interne und externe Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten. Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung wird in einer unbefristeten Festanstellung mit einem Pensum von 80 bis 100% eine Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ oder ein Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ für den Tagdienst gesucht, die oder der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Alltag pflegt, betreut und aktiv begleitet.
