Unser Mandant ist Teil einer international tätigen Unternehmensgruppe, die sich auf den Vertrieb von Produkten für die Life-Science-Branche spezialisiert hat. Am Standort Zürich versorgt das Unternehmen Forschungseinrichtungen, Labore und medizinische Fachbereiche mit hochwertigen Reagenzien, Laborverbrauchsmaterialien und wissenschaftlichen Instrumenten und pflegt enge Partnerschaften mit internationalen Herstellern.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Haupt- und Nebenbücher sowie Mahnwesen
  • Führung der Lagerbuchhaltung und monatliche Abrechnung der Konsignationslager
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR sowie monatliches Konzernreporting
  • Verantwortung für Liquiditätsmanagement, Zahlungsverkehr und Debitoren-Altersanalysen
  • Erstellung von Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen und Margenauswertungen der Lieferanten

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und im Erstellen von Abschlüssen nach OR
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Mehrwertsteuer, Lohnbuchhaltung und Sozialversicherungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und Freude an Prozessoptimierungen
