Zur Verstärkung des Finanzteams wird ein Finanzbuchhalter / Junior Controller (m/w/d) 80-100% gesucht, der das Reporting, die Abschlüsse und die Finanzprozesse aktiv mitgestaltet. Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie übernehmen eine wichtige Rolle im Finanzcontrolling, erstellen aussagekräftige Reportings sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen und liefern damit wertvolle Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
  • Im Rahmen der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse bringen Sie Ihr Fachwissen in der Finanz- und Betriebsbuchhaltung ein und unterstützen die Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung mit Ihrem Zahlenflair
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Finanzapplikationen, insbesondere SAP S/4HANA, optimieren Sie bestehende Abläufe, begleiten digitale Veränderungen und gestalten effiziente Finanzprozesse aktiv mit
  • Gemeinsam mit der Finanzleitung treiben Sie spannende Projekte voran, erkennen Verbesserungspotenziale und tragen mit Ihren analytischen Fähigkeiten zur erfolgreichen Weiterentwicklung des Finanzbereichs bei

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung im Finanzwesen, einen betriebswirtschaftlichen HF-/FH-Abschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und überzeugen mit Ihrem Zahlenverständnis
  • Eine Weiterbildung zum Fachmann oder zur Fachfrau im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis oder im Bereich Accounting und Controlling ist von Vorteil, wobei auch laufende Weiterbildungen willkommen sind
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Erfahrungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder im Controlling mit und arbeiten sicher mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO oder vergleichbaren Lösungen sowie MS Excel
  • Mit Ihrer analytischen Denkweise, Ihrer offenen und teamorientierten Art sowie sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen bringen Sie sich gerne ein und packen neue Herausforderungen motiviert an
