Für verschiedene Institutionen in der Langzeitpflege suchen wir Fachfrauen und Fachmänner Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) für temporäre Einsätze. Dich erwarten unterschiedliche Pflegeinstitutionen, in denen eine persönliche Betreuung und das Wohl der Bewohnenden im Mittelpunkt stehen. Gemeinsam schauen wir, welches Umfeld und welcher Einsatz am besten zu deiner Erfahrung und deinen Vorstellungen passen.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Begleite und pflege Bewohnende individuell und schenke ihren persönlichen Bedürfnissen die nötige Aufmerksamkeit
  • Übernimm pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Tätigkeiten selbstständig innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen
  • Beobachte gesundheitliche Veränderungen aufmerksam und leite wichtige Informationen zuverlässig weiter
  • Dokumentiere deine Pflegeleistungen sorgfältig und bringe dich aktiv ins Pflegeteam ein

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du hast deine Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege ist von Vorteil - wichtiger ist uns deine Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung in deinem Pflegealltag
