Zurück in einen möglichst selbstständigen Alltag führt nicht immer ein gerader Weg. Genau hier setzt die Rehabilitation an. Als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (60-100 %) begleitest du Patientinnen und Patienten in verschiedenen Institutionen in der Region Luzern während dieser wichtigen Phase. In deinem temporären Einsatz verbindest du professionelle Pflege mit gezielter Ressourcenförderung und arbeitest gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen daran, individuelle Fortschritte möglich zu machen.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Begleite Patientinnen und Patienten während ihres Rehabilitationsprozesses und richte die Pflege gezielt an ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen aus
  • Fördere vorhandene Fähigkeiten und unterstütze dabei, möglichst viel Selbstständigkeit im Alltag zurückzugewinnen
  • Plane, koordiniere und evaluiere den Pflegeprozess und passe Massnahmen laufend an die erzielten Fortschritte an
  • Arbeite eng mit Physio und Ergotherapie, dem ärztlichen Dienst sowie weiteren Fachpersonen an gemeinsamen Rehabilitationszielen

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du hast deine Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Rehabilitation ist von Vorteil, alternativ bringst du fundierte Pflegeerfahrung und Interesse an diesem Fachbereich mit
  • Du arbeitest ressourcenorientiert, handelst selbstständig und bringst die nötige Geduld für individuelle Entwicklungsprozesse mit
  • Eine wertschätzende Kommunikation und die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Berufsgruppen gehören für dich zu guter Pflege
