Pour notre client, une entreprise reconnue dans son secteur d’activité, nous recherchons un\-e Généraliste RH à 100 % prêt\-e à jouer un rôle clé au sein d’une équipe dynamique. Vous prenez en charge des missions variées, allant de la gestion administrative du personnel au traitement des salaires, tout en accompagnant les collaborateurs et les managers au quotidien. Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous coordonnez les activités RH et la gestion de la paie dans un environnement international stimulant, en veillant à des processus fiables, fluides et efficaces
  • Vous pilotez l’ensemble du processus de paie, de la collecte et du contrôle des variables jusqu’à la validation des paiements, en assurant une coordination étroite avec les partenaires externes
  • Vous accompagnez les collaborateurs à chaque étape de leur parcours, de leur intégration à leur départ, en garantissant une gestion administrative rigoureuse et conforme aux exigences légales
  • Vous gérez les outils RH et de suivi des temps, tout en veillant à la fiabilité des données et en valorisant leur utilisation pour soutenir les activités RH
  • Vous êtes un interlocuteur RH privilégié pour les collaborateurs et les managers : à leur écoute, vous les conseillez et les accompagnez au quotidien sur une grande diversité de sujets RH
  • Vous participez activement à l’évolution des pratiques RH en proposant des améliorations concrètes des processus et des outils, tout en cultivant une collaboration constructive avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez d’une première expérience en administration RH et d’une solide expérience en gestion de la paie, vous permettant d’aborder vos missions avec autonomie et assurance
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation commerciale ou d’un titre jugé équivalent, idéalement complété par une spécialisation en ressources humaines
  • Vous parlez couramment le français, avez de bonnes connaissances de l'allemand, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et appréciez évoluer dans un environnement bilingue et international
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils RH usuels et curieux\-se des nouvelles technologies que vous aimez mettre à profit pour optimiser les pratiques et les processus
  • Vous recherchez une opportunité dans laquelle vous engager sur le long terme, développer vos compétences et contribuer activement à la réussite et à l’évolution de l’entreprise
