Für einen temporären Einsatz in einer Rehabilitationsklinik in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 %. Im Mittelpunkt steht nicht nur die aktuelle Pflegesituation, sondern vor allem das, was wieder möglich werden kann. Gemeinsam mit einem interprofessionellen Team begleitest du Patientinnen und Patienten auf ihrem individuellen Weg zu mehr Selbstständigkeit und bringst deine pflegerische Perspektive aktiv in den Rehabilitationsprozess ein.

Schritt für Schritt in Richtung Selbstständigkeit

  • Du begleitest Patientinnen und Patienten während ihres Rehabilitationsprozesses und unterstützt sie gezielt dabei, vorhandene Fähigkeiten wiederzuentdecken und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Den individuellen Pflegeprozess planst, steuerst und dokumentierst du selbstständig und richtest deine pflegerischen Massnahmen an den persönlichen Rehabilitationszielen aus
  • Medizinaltechnische und therapeutische Massnahmen führst du innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen fachgerecht durch und beobachtest Veränderungen aufmerksam
  • Gemeinsam mit Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie, Ärzteschaft und weiteren Fachbereichen arbeitest du auf ein gemeinsames Ziel hin und bringst deine pflegerische Einschätzung aktiv ein

Was du für diesen Weg mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder bei einem ausländischen Abschluss über die entsprechende SRK Anerkennung
  • Du interessierst dich für die Rehabilitation und hast Freude daran, Menschen nicht nur zu versorgen, sondern gezielt in ihrer Selbstständigkeit zu fördern
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten liegt dir und du gehst deine Aufgaben strukturiert, aufmerksam und mit einem ausgeprägten Verantwortungsbewusstsein an
  • Du schätzt den fachlichen Austausch und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Berufsgruppen zusammen, um gemeinsam Fortschritte möglich zu machen
