Für unseren Kunden, eine gemeinnützige Organisation in der Immobilienbranche in der Region Biel, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Immobilienbuchhalter/in 60-100 %. Das Unternehmen setzt sich für die Bereitstellung und langfristige Sicherung von bezahlbarem Wohnraum ein und legt grossen Wert auf eine nachhaltige Bewirtschaftung seiner Liegenschaften. Mitarbeitende erwartet ein kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen, vielseitigen Verantwortungsbereichen und der Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Führung der Immobilienbuchhaltung und gewährleisten eine zuverlässige Verarbeitung aller Finanztransaktionen
  • Sie verantworten das Mietzinsinkasso inklusive Mahnwesen, koordinieren den Zahlungsverkehr
  • Die Erstellung periodischer Finanzabschlüsse sowie die selbstständige Abrechnung von Heiz- und Nebenkosten fallen in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich
  • Mit aussagekräftigen Finanzanalysen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen schaffen Sie eine fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsleitung

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung bildet Ihre fachliche Basis, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Sie verfügen über mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung oder einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zeichnen Sie aus, gute Französischkenntnisse sind ein grosser Vorteil
  • Mit Ihrer selbstständigen, präzisen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise überzeugen Sie ebenso wie mit Ihrer Zahlenaffinität
