Aktuell wird eine kaufmännische Fachkraft für die Verkaufsadministration gesucht, die Kundenaufträge koordiniert, Offerten erstellt, Verkaufsprozesse administrativ begleitet und eine professionelle Kundenbetreuung sicherstellt.

Ihre Aufgaben beim zukünftigen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie bearbeiten Kundenaufträge von der Erfassung bis zur Lieferung und stellen eine termingerechte Abwicklung sowie eine zuverlässige administrative Betreuung sicher
  • Sie erstellen Verkaufsangebote, verfolgen diese nach und beantworten Kundenanfragen professionell und lösungsorientiert
  • Sie organisieren den Versand, bereiten die Rechnungsstellung vor und sorgen für eine korrekte und vollständige Auftragsdokumentation
  • Sie kommunizieren mit französisch-, deutsch- und englischsprachigen Kunden und koordinieren den Informationsaustausch mit den internen Abteilungen
  • Sie pflegen die Verkaufsdaten im ERP- und PLM/CRM-System und behalten die wichtigsten Verkaufskennzahlen im Blick

Das bringen Sie für den zukünftigen Arbeitgeber mit

  • Sie verfügen über ein EFZ als Kaufmann/-frau oder eine gleichwertige kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich mit, vorzugsweise in einem Industrieunternehmen
  • Sie beherrschen Französisch, Deutsch oder Englisch sehr gut; Kenntnisse aller drei Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Sie arbeiten sicher mit Office 365, Outlook, Excel und einem ERP-System; Kenntnisse in PLM/CRM sind von Vorteil
  • Sie sind organisiert, selbstständig und vielseitig, arbeiten gerne im Team und überzeugen durch Ihre ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
