Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie übernehmen die personelle und fachliche Verantwortung für ein technisches Team und begleiten Ihre Mitarbeitenden in ihrer fachlichen sowie persönlichen Entwicklung

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in Produktionstechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Führung
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in einem industriellen Fertigungsumfeld sowie Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden bilden die Grundlage für diese Position, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in der Präzisionsmechanik
