Gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden, einem etablierten Schweizer Unternehmen im Bau- und Metallverarbeitungssektor, suchen wir nach Vereinbarung ein:e Leiter:in Produktion 80-100%. Das Unternehmen realisiert anspruchsvolle Bau- und Konstruktionsprojekte und verbindet dabei langjährige Branchenerfahrung mit modernen Fertigungsverfahren und hohen Qualitätsansprüchen. Sie erwartet ein vielseitiges technisches Umfeld mit verantwortungsvollen Führungsaufgaben, abwechslungsreichen Projekten und der Möglichkeit, Produktionsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie übernehmen die operative und personelle Führung des Werkstattbetriebs und sorgen für eine zielgerichtete Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams
  • Mit einer vorausschauenden Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung gewährleisten Sie eine effiziente Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Fertigungsaufträge
  • Die Koordination von Produktionsabläufen sowie die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminvorgaben liegen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Werkstatt, Projektverantwortlichen und weiteren Fachbereichen optimieren Sie bestehende Prozesse und fördern eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, eine höhere technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung ist von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Stahl- oder Metallbau sowie Kenntnisse in der Produktionssteuerung und Führung von Mitarbeitenden zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und ein sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen unterstützen Sie bei der Planung und Organisation des Werkstattbetriebs
  • Mit Ihrer durchsetzungsstarken, strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Persönlichkeit überzeugen Sie ebenso wie mit Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent
