Pour notre client, une entreprise active dans le domaine de la technologie médicale dans la région de la Chaud\-de\-Fonds, nous recherchons un\-e aide\-comptable fournisseurs pour une mission temporaire de 3 à 6 mois et un entrée en fonction rapidement.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous réceptionnez, contrôlez, saisissez, enregistrez et digitalisez les factures fournisseurs ainsi que les notes de frais
  • Vous rapprochez les factures avec les commandes et les réceptions achat et vous vous occupez des demandes d’approbation
  • Vous gérez les relances et vous traitez les anomalies auprès des acheteurs internes et du département logistique
  • Vous gérez et classez la boîte e\-mail comptabilité et vous vous chargez des correspondances avec les fournisseurs
  • Vous traitez les diverses demandes comptables des fournisseurs et vous effectuez les réconciliations périodiques

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un CFC d’employé\-e de commerce, d’une formation commerciale équivalente ou d’une formation de base en comptabilité
  • Vous disposez d’une première expérience en comptabilité fournisseurs et une formation continue en comptabilité
  • Vous vous exprimez couramment en français et vous maitrisez l'anglais à un niveau professionnel
  • Vous maîtrisez la suite MS Office, et êtes à l’aise avec un ERP tel que SAP, Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics ou Sage
  • Vous êtes précis\-e, organisé\-e et motivé\-e et aimez le travail en équipe
